REGISTRATION
To purchase the products at the VOLTA CUSTOM site you (from now on "the buyer") must register.

PAYMENT
Payments by credit card on the VOLTA CUSTOM website are managed by PayPal and Stripe.

PAYMENT METHOD
VOLTA CUSTOM accepts payments via PayPal or Stripe with credit cards.

SHIPPING AND ORDER DELIVERY
VOLTA CUSTOM uses the express courier to deliver your orders.
Since the products are assembled and calibrated by hand, assembly up to 50 working days (Monday to Friday) may be required for assembly, starting from the day we receive the payment for the the order.
The items are usually delivered within 5 working days from delivery to the courier of the shipment.
At the beginning of the shipping process, you will receive tracking information for delivery updates.
Shipments are made only on working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
For orders to be delivered outside of the European Union (EU), the buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, or other delivery-related charges once the item has been shipped. The amount of such fees and/or taxes can be zero, but it is not always so. Please check the import regulations of your country to know the amount, as VOLTA CUSTOM cannot estimate it in advance. If fees/taxes are due, when the items enter your country's Custom office, you will receive communication and instructions to pay them. If you refuse to pay such fees/taxes, the item will be returned to VOLTA CUSTOM. After the item will be delivered back to VOLTA CUSTOM, VOLTA Custom will issue you a partial refund, amounting to the value of just the item(s) you bought, minus the shipping costs.

WARRANTY
VOLTA pedals sold in EU carry a 2-year Warranty for any problem related to the function or operation of that pedal due to faulty parts and/or other internal problem. We do not cover issues such as broken knobs, pots and jacks due to abuse, scratches in external paint or malfunctions due to external power supply issues or damages during shipping. Opening up the enclosure, removing the screws and/or the lid, if not authorized in writing, will void the warranty.
VOLTA Pedals sold internationally outside of the EU carry a 1 year Limited Warranty.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can ask for returning the items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, to obtain a refund. You will just have to pay for the return shipping and (if applicable) the import duty fees, which have to be pre-paid by you. Just contact us before sending anything, so that we can authorize the return and give you the necessary instructions about it. To be refunded, the items must not be damaged and must be in perfect condition (no marks or scratches, no affixing of stickers, hooks, velcro, etc.), i.e. they must be in the same condition in which you received, in their original packaging, with all contents (manuals, accessories, etc.). Once we will have received the product, and have completed the quality control, we will issue the refund or contact you with any questions/concerns.
The refund will be net of shipping costs and payment processing fees (PayPal or Stripe) associated with the order payment.

In case of warranty return for pedals sent to VOLTA due to a malfunction, which upon receipt and testing by VOLTA is found not to exist or to be caused by factors external to the pedal, the return shipment will be at the customer’s expense.
